1 John 3:14-16

¹⁴ We know that we have ^(A)passed out of death into life, ^(B)because we love the brethren. He who does not love abides in death. ¹⁵ Everyone who ^(C)hates his brother is a murderer; and you know that ^(D)no murderer has eternal life abiding in him. ¹⁶ We know love by this, that ^(E)He laid down His life for us; and ^(F)we ought to lay down our lives for the ^(G)brethren.
